Refund and Returns Policy
Returns are possible only if the product is incorrect, damaged or defective.
Items that are clearly marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
If you are returning an item due to an error on our part, or because the item is damaged, defective or not as you ordered and it cannot be repaired or replaced, the product may be collected and you will be refunded the full amount paid, including applicable shipping costs.
Vilma’s Vault will inspect all items returned as damaged or defective. If no defect is found, we reserve the right to charge you for the shipping costs and for the item itself. For more information, please refer to our legal warranty help page.

For orders that are not marked as Final Sale, you may return products purchased from Vilma’s Vault within 48 working hours from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for return, the product’s packaging must not be damaged. Open it carefully so that the product and its packaging can be preserved and repackaged if needed.

If you return an item that is part of a multiple-item order, you will be refunded the cost of the product you are returning and the shipping costs attributable only to that item.

Refunds for Gift Orders
We will follow the same refund rules that apply to regular purchases. Therefore, the refund will not include the cost of gift wrapping or any other services related to the order. In addition, any costs associated with returning the item will not be refunded to the gift recipient.
How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. In some cases, we may also use the Instant Refund option at the time the package is delivered.
If the Instant Refund option is available and you choose it, you will receive your refund without having to wait for the returned item to reach the Vilma’s Vault Return Center. Instant refunds will be credited to your original payment method or issued as a gift card, voucher or coupon redeemable on www.vilmasvault.com, depending on the type of refund you select. If you used a card as your payment method, the refund will be processed immediately, but it may take 1-2 weeks to appear on your bank statement.
To receive an Instant Refund, the item must still be returned within 48 hours from the date it was delivered. If you do not return the item within this period (48 hours from receipt of the product), we will not accept its return for any reason or under any circumstances.
For returns of products within this period and using the standard refund method (when you do not accept a voucher or store credit coupon), we will issue the refund within 30 days from the moment we receive the product back. You will also receive an email once the refund has been issued, containing more details.
