Information on the processing of personal data

This document describes the means and methods of administration of this website in relation to the processing of information and personal data of users who visit or register on the online platform www.vilmasvault.com, which is administered by the commercial company “Vilma’s Vault” sh.p.k., registered with the National Business Center (QKB) with NUIS M31729007J, with registered address: Rruga “Bilal Golemi”, Building 16, Tirana.

The information below is drafted in implementation and in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 9887, dated 10/03/2008 “On the protection of personal data”, as amended, as well as the by-laws approved by the competent state authorities for the protection and processing of personal data. In addition to the above, this document is also based on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) no. 2016/679 of the European Union.

II. METHOD OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

The processing of data on this platform/website is carried out through electronic means and their collection is done through the forms provided on this website. The processing of the data is carried out by persons authorized by the Responsible Party, in accordance with the applicable legal and sub-legal provisions.

Persons who do not wish for their data to be processed by the Responsible Party may refuse the use of the website www.vilmasvault.com.

By giving consent, through registering on this website, the user provides their authorization for the processing of personal data, which they freely and voluntarily transfer to the Responsible Party.

When an individual accesses the website/platform and, of their own free and uncoerced will, registers on it as a Client by transmitting the required data in the forms/modules provided on the website, then the data transmitted by the Client are processed and administered by the Responsible Party.

The data transmitted by the Client are focused mainly on the personal data of the individual who must be identified (identification data such as name, surname, date of birth, address, phone number, data related to payment methods, data on product preferences, handling of requests, complaints, etc.), as well as those data that are necessary and indispensable for the correct functioning of this website, within the framework of its usual operation in order to provide a quality service and in accordance with the legal relationship between the parties.

The transmission of data from the Client to the Responsible Party, except in cases otherwise provided, is optional; however, failure to transmit or provide such data may make it impossible to receive the offered service or fulfil the contractual obligations according to the declared activity.


IV. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

All data collected and voluntarily provided by Clients will be used for the provision of services and for the purposes of fulfilling the legal relationship, the obligations arising from it, or legal and sub-legal acts.

Furthermore, any data may be used for statistical purposes, for various communications, notifications, surveys, online marketing, advertising, etc.

For this reason, the Client, after giving their consent by registering on this website/platform, expressly authorizes, of their own free will, that the data transmitted or obtained may be used by the Responsible Party/Controller for processing them according to the purposes set out above, by transferring them to third parties for the sending of various notifications, the provision of the service, the fulfilment of contractual and legal obligations, various communications, direct contact, their analysis, the preparation of surveys, telephone communication, or any kind of communication via other distance communication technologies, including social media, which third parties may use.

The transmitted and obtained data may also be used for the following purposes:

a) Sending communications for advertising purposes and direct sales, also referring to products and services of third parties. For example, we may process these data by paying particular attention to the products in which you show more interest, and for this reason, we may send you offers or promotions focused on those interests.

c) Communication of data to third parties for sending advertising and commercial messages, for direct sales by such third parties.


V. SECURITY MEASURES AND CONFIDENTIALITY

The Controller guarantees each user that, after the submission of information and data to the website server, a high-standard security system is applied for the storage and further processing of these data, in accordance with the requirements provided in Articles 27 and 28 of Law no. 9887, dated 10/03/2008 “On the protection of personal data”, as amended.

VII. MEANS OF PROCESSING

Individuals whose personal data are processed have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them exist and to know their content and origin, to verify their accuracy or request their supplementation, updating, or correction, based on Article 13 of Law no. 9887, dated 10/03/2008 “On the protection of personal data”.

In implementation of the same article, interested parties have the right to request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and in any case, to object, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.

In accordance with Article 16 of Law no. 9887, dated 10/03/2008 “On the protection of personal data”, the data subject has the right to complain in case they claim that their rights, freedoms, and legitimate interests related to personal data have been violated.
