Initial Contact: Please Email/WhatsApp us first with your bag’s model and style to ensure we can authenticate it and provide any specific instructions before you proceed with payment.

Purchase and Payment: Once confirmed, choose your authentication service and complete payment online. We accept PayPal, WesternUnion, MoneyGram or Direct Bank Transfer.

Submit Your Photos: Share a Google Drive folder with high-resolution, clear photos of your item to info@vilmasvault.com, including:

Front / back / sides / inside /handles / all hardware engravings heat stamps (all heat stamps including ‘made in’ heat stamp) / serial number. Pictures should be taken in natural daylight, focused and large enough for inspection.

• In-Person Authentication: Customers in Albania and Kosovo are advised to send their bag to us so we can verify it in person. Shipping fees will apply for this service.
• Receive Your Results: You’ll receive your Certificate of Authenticity or Non-Authenticity result within 48 hours (excluding weekends), starting from the day we receive payment and photos or the physical bag. Our studio hours are Monday to Friday, 10 AM–5 PM.
• Important: We do not authenticate Chanel chipped bags or Hermès exotic leathers from photos alone. Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about these items.
