Items described as very good have been used by their previous owner and are showing light signs of wear. Areas of wear tend be on the straps, corners and inside. Any visible damage will be mentioned in the description.

GOOD 

Items described as good have some visible signs of wear to the material which will be reflected in the price. This may include discolouration, hardware scratches, fading.

FAIR 

Items described as fair have been loved a little bit more and are showing wear, but they are still fit for purpose and look fantastic.
Every item sold has passed a quality inspection to ensure it meets our stringent requirements, however, in the unlikely event an item is found to be faulty, Vilma’s Vault will provide a full refund or exchange. This does not apply to faults or damages caused by neglect, accident or misuse.From the date of your purchase, you have 3 business days to return your item for store credit or exchange. Please info@vilmasvault.com to start your return process with your order number as the subject. Items need to be returned in the same condition.

  • Albanian customers are eligible for a full refund of the item (not including shipping costs) or exchange/store credit.
  • International customers are entitled to store credit for the amount of the item (not including shipping costs) or exchange.


Please note that all customers are responsible for all return shipment costs. If shipping at own initiative the client is responsible for the shipment in case of loss or damage. International clients must ensure the customs declaration is filled in as a return.

If you wish to cancel your order, you will only receive store credit not a cash refund.

We cannot take returns on sourced items.

Refunds may take 3-5 business days back to your original payment method not including delivery costs.
